Training Initiative Claim Form This initiative is proudly supported by funding from the Queensland Government. This initiative is to enhance the safety and educational value of outdoor recreation activities by providing training for Scouts Queensland adult volunteers attending the 26th Australian Jamboree (AJ2025) in the following pursuits: Artificial climbing and abseiling. Archery. Water based activities – Canoe, snorkelling, stand up paddle boarding. Adventure based learning and low ropes. Pioneering. This will be done by offering up to $200 for specified Adventurous Activities training courses to any Adult Member attending the Jamboree as a Rover Scout, Leader, or Other Adult from Scouts Queensland. To be eligible for inclusion the training must take place between 14 February 2024 and 31 December 2024 and be within the designated pursuits. Once you have completed the training course, use this form to submit your claim for reimbursement.
