How to Access the Help Desk:
- Open a web browser on your personal device or Unit tablet.
- Go to https://service.aj2025.com.au/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/3.
- Select Login via OLEMS
- Follow the on-screen instructions to log your query or access information.
